Sultan Vetiver by Nishane was launched in 2013 and crafted by perfumer Jorge Lee, creating an aromatic woody composition that centers around vetiver. The fragrance opens with a bright citrus-aromatic accord featuring bergamot and anise, which quickly gives way to the earthy richness of Java vetiver oil and Haitian vetiver. Pepper adds a fresh spicy dimension, while tonka bean and amber provide warmth and depth in the base notes. This juxtaposition between crisp freshness and rich earthiness makes Sultan Vetiver both invigorating and grounding.
