Tempest by Xerjoff was launched in 2023, crafted by perfumer Chris Maurice to embody the essence of a turbulent yet captivating storm. The fragrance opens with a vibrant burst of Brazilian Orange and Calabrian bergamot, mingling with elemi and ginger for an aromatic freshness that cuts through the air like a sudden gust of wind. As it settles, Bulgarian Rose and Jasmine Sambac add a delicate floral warmth, while Laotian Oud and Gurjan balsam bring depth and complexity to the composition. The base notes of Haitian vetiver and patchouli ground the scent with earthy richness, leaving behind an enduring impression of power and mystery.
