Vincent of Dreamhouse founded the independent perfume house Ikiryō, based in Oakland, California, drawing on his background as a designer, costume maker, embroiderer, and storyteller; the name Ikiryō comes from a Japanese word for the ghost of a living person. The brand ceased regular operation in 2020, with Vincent shifting toward bespoke, custom fragrances, though new releases such as Perseus (2024) have continued to appear under his name.
