Launched in 2024 by Toskovat', Desert Sermons is a unisex Oriental Woody fragrance created by perfumer David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi. This composition opens with honey and solar notes, creating an inviting warmth that feels like the sun's embrace on dry earth. The heart of sumac, chamomile, and calamus adds complexity with smoky and balsamic undertones, while tobacco and paper bring a sense of quiet contemplation. The base of amber, resin, sandalwood, and musk settles into a rich, enveloping warmth that lingers like the last whispers of incense in an ancient temple.
Apply Desert Sermons to pulse points for a warm, enveloping experience. The smoky and balsamic notes take about an hour to fully bloom, so give it time to settle on your skin before layering more. This fragrance reads better close to the body rather than projecting widely.

David-Lev Jipa-Slivinschi, born in Bucharest, Romania, with Russian and Ukrainian heritage, originally worked as a filmmaker and screenwriter before the pandemic drew him toward scent as a medium for memory and emotion.
