Embrace Rose Buds and Vanilla by Vera Wang, launched in 2015 and crafted by Natasha Côté, is an Oriental Floral fragrance that balances the classic elegance of rose with the warm comfort of vanilla. The composition opens with a bright burst of mandarin orange and cyclamen before transitioning into a heart of damask rose and magnolia. This floral bouquet is then enveloped in a musky, powdery base of sandalwood and iris, creating a harmonious blend that feels both familiar and luxurious.
Apply one or two sprays, as the mandarin orange top note is quick to dissipate, leaving the warm vanilla and musky base notes to linger. This fragrance reads best close to skin rather than from across a room.
