Lovestruck by Vera Wang, crafted by perfumer Stephen Nilsen and launched in 2011, balances the lushness of tropical fruits with the delicate complexity of florals and powdery musk. The fragrance opens with a burst of guava and mandarin orange, creating a vibrant and fruity top note that feels both fresh and inviting. As it evolves, lotus and tuberose add depth and sophistication, while woody notes and musk create a warm, enveloping base.

From colloidal physics to Truth or DareStephen Nilsen earned a Bachelor's in chemical engineering from Georgia Tech in 1990 and a PhD in the same field from Stanford in 1995, with a doctoral thesis on the structure and dynamics of colloidal suspensions.
