Nicola Pozzani's Vert Fougere for Floris, launched in 2020, is a woody aromatic fragrance that captures the essence of an English garden at its most vibrant. Opening with a bright blend of galbanum and citrus notes, including bergamot and grapefruit, it evokes the freshness of a crisp morning. The heart introduces ginger and lavender for a spicy contrast, while neroli adds a subtle floral touch. As it settles into smoky and powdery bases, cashmeran, cedar, and patchouli create a rich, earthy warmth that is both comforting and intriguing.

As bespoke perfumer for Floris London, he created fragrances for Queen Elizabeth II and won a UK Fine Fragrance Award; he also teaches the 'Design with Scents' course at the London College of Fashion.
