Caitlin Hayes is a self-taught perfumer who opened Sorcellerie Apothecary in May 2022, creating whimsical, fantasy-inspired perfumes; the brand shortened its name to Sorce in 2024. A lifelong perfume enthusiast and writer, she approaches scent creation much as she does poetry, favoring bold, unapologetic vanilla, fruit, and gourmand profiles.
