Elodie Bernard, a French perfumer trained in Montpellier, is the protégé of François Robert, a fourth-generation master perfumer whom she met in Grasse; the two began as the dual noses behind the brand Ffern, with Bernard taking the lead in more recent years. She has also composed fragrances for Ormonde Jayne, Sospiro, French Avenue, and Arabiyat Prestige.
