Emily Schaber
Emily Schaber is a Portland, Oregon-based perfumer and founder of the indie line Shelter in Perfume, launched in summer 2020 during COVID-19 shelter-in-place orders after she began mixing perfumes for friends in fall 2019. Working in collaboration with perfumer Niles Ramadhin, she creates uplifting, colorful fragrances meant to transport wearers to beautiful places or evoke childhood memory, and donates ten percent of profits to a different organization each quarter.
