Geza Schön is a German master perfumer born in Kassel, raised by an art teacher father and a kindergarten teacher mother, who studied chemistry at the University of Heidelberg before training in perfumery at Haarmann & Reimer (now Symrise).
He has worked with Diesel, Ormonde Jayne, FCUK, and Boudicca, and in 2006 founded Escentric Molecules, a fragrance line built around single aroma molecules rather than traditional blends. His work has been recognized with the Outstanding Artist Award for Interdisciplinarity in 2016 and, with Wolfgang Georgsdorf, the Sadakichi Award for Experimental Work with Scent in 2017.
