Joschka Klee, a German self-taught perfumer, discovered his passion for scent after a chance encounter with a hobbyist perfumer, spending seven years experimenting — beginning in his parents' boiler room — before founding the brand vapormundum. He blends perfumery with other art forms, pairing scent with music, painting, and poetry, and collaborated on Roots of Kente for the German niche brand twentysecondofmay, inspired by Ghanaian heritage.
