Odette Fontaine

Odette Fontaine is the founder and self-taught perfumer behind Odette Parfum Co. By day a French pastry chef of 15 years and a former classical ballerina, she began teaching herself perfumery in 2020, working by intuition and trial and error while reading perfumery textbooks. Her debut fragrance, Pas de Chat, was inspired by her years in ballet and her cat Oberon; each of her fragrances tells a story drawn from something she knows deeply, whether a dessert, a dance step, or a ballet scene.
