Patty Hidalgo
Patty Hidalgo, born to a Cuban mother and a father from Santander, Spain, originally planned to become a dentist until a two-week internship at Fragrance Resources in 1994 changed her path. Trained in biology and chemistry, she started as a lab technician before moving into fragrance creation, joining IFF in February 2017 and being promoted to vice president perfumer in February 2024.
