Richard Ibanez has spent his entire career at Robertet, the French fragrance house specializing in natural ingredients, an influence that runs through his compositions.
His career took off in 1986 with his first significant scent for the Divine brand, followed by two fragrances for Sonia Rykiel in 1993 and Azzaro's Pure Lavender in 2001. He went on to create Escada's Ibiza Hippie and Into The Blue, along with work for Marc O'Polo, Lalique, and Jovoy Paris.
