
Shelley Waddington
Shelley Waddington grew up in the artist colony of Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, earned an M.A. in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology, and taught music for a decade before training in classic perfumery at Galimard in Grasse. Largely self-taught after a first attempt at age ten, she became Chief Perfumer of the Carmel Perfumery by 2009 and founded EnVoyage Perfumes, publishing the book Perfuming with Natural Isolates in 2012.
