Sultan Pasha
Sultan Pasha, a London-based independent perfumer, grew up between Bangladesh and London, with Farsi and Indian heritage on his mother's side and Bangladeshi heritage on his father's. His fascination with scent began as a toddler discovering attars in his grandparents' antique cabinet in Bangladesh. He studied biochemistry and completed chemistry studies in London in 2012, then began creating his own attar perfumes, drawing on French, Middle Eastern, and South Asian traditions; his first creation was Shadee, and his collaborations include Zoologist's Sacred Scarab.
