Top notes are Clove, Carrot Seeds and Orange Peel; middle notes are Carrot, Eucalyptus and Patchouli; base notes are Ambrettolide, Vetiver, Cetalox and Oud. Fourteen Carrots Heretic is a composition built around the earthy, root-like character of carrot, contrasted with spice and woods. The fragrance opens with carrot seed, warm clove, and a touch of orange peel for a slightly aromatic, citrus-tinged start. In the heart, carrot absolute is joined by eucalyptus and patchouli, introducing green, camphoraceous, and softly earthy nuances. A base of ambrettolide, vetiver, cetalox, and oud brings together musky, woody, and subtly resinous tones for a textured, long-lasting drydown.
