The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2023, Per Se by 27 87 is a creation from the masterful Shyamala Maisondieu. This fragrance seamlessly blends aldehydic and musky accords, setting it apart with its powdery and fresh character. The opening notes of violet leaves and black and pink pepper introduce a crisp freshness that transitions into a heart of orris and floral notes, creating a delicate balance between the aromatic and the floral. The base of musk and ambrette adds warmth and depth, making this composition both modern and lasting.
Per Se is best applied with two sprays to the pulse points. Given its moderate longevity and sillage, it's ideal for daytime wear or a casual evening out. The aldehydic notes are most prominent initially but give way to the musky base over time, so allow it to develop on your skin.
