The Story

Launched in 2019 by Meo Fusciuni, Giuseppe Imprezzabile crafted 3# nota di viaggio (ciavuru d’amuri) as a unisex fragrance that balances fresh and woody notes with subtle warmth. The composition opens with the crisp freshness of bergamot and artemisia before transitioning into a heart of jasmine and ylang-ylang, which adds a touch of floral elegance. The base notes of sandalwood, cedar, and benzoin ground the scent in earthy, powdery tones that evoke a sense of comfort without overpowering.

Application Tips

Apply this fragrance in light layers — it has a delicate balance that benefits from multiple sprays rather than a single heavy application. The fresh top notes are brief but impactful, so allow time for the powdery base notes to develop on skin.

Giuseppe Imprezzabile was born in Mazara del Vallo, Sicily, in 1977, and studied Herbal Techniques at the pharmaceutical faculty in Parma before continuing into anthropology and ethnobotany. Perfumery became his full-time work from 2009, working under the pseudonym Meo Fusciuni — combining his father's nickname 'Meo' and his grandfather's nickname 'Fusciuni' — and preferring to describe himself as an 'Aromatario' rather than a perfumer.

The story behind the bottle.

The quiet intensity of an early evening stroll through a garden where the sun's warmth is just starting to fade, leaving behind a lingering scent of earth and flowers.
