The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2015, Shaghaf by Ajmal is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance that balances rich oud and warm spices with fruity freshness and powdery musk. The composition opens with vibrant fruity notes before transitioning into an intricate blend of spices and flowers. The heart of the scent is anchored by agarwood (oud), amber, and musk, creating a complex interplay between sweetness and warmth. This fragrance embodies Ajmal's mastery in blending traditional Middle Eastern accords with modern sophistication.
Given its long-lasting nature, one to two sprays is sufficient. The fruity top notes fade within an hour, but the base of oud and amber persists throughout the day. This fragrance reads better close to skin rather than filling a room, so apply it directly on pulse points for maximum impact.
