Top notes are Cinnamon, Oregano and Sesame; middle notes are Night Blooming Jasmine, Clove and Cumin; base notes are Cacao, Vanilla Bean and Chypre Notes. The inspiration of the fragrance:November, 1695, Mexico CityThe scent of exotic spices floats throughout the halls of the Royal Convent of Jesus Maria, where a group of nuns prepares a Baroque recipe of Cocoa infused with an assortment of chilies. After centuries of obscurity, the convent’s secrets are exposed in a rich experience for the senses.The main notes of the fragrance are the following: Cocoa Absolute, Mexican Vanilla, Cinnamon, Chili infusion.

Rodrigo Flores-Roux, born and raised in Mexico City, studied biology before moving to France at 20 in 1989 to attend ISIPCA in Versailles, interning along the way with Jean-Claude Ellena. After early work designing scents for shampoos and cosmetics, his breakthrough came with Clinique Happy; he now serves as Senior Perfumer and Vice President of Fragrance Creation at Givaudan. His work for Tom Ford, Dolce & Gabbana, Carolina Herrera, and Estée Lauder has earned him numerous FiFi Awards and induction into the Fragrance Foundation Hall of Fame.
