Rodrigo Flores-Roux, born and raised in Mexico City, studied biology before moving to France at 20 in 1989 to attend ISIPCA in Versailles, interning along the way with Jean-Claude Ellena.
After early work designing scents for shampoos and cosmetics, his breakthrough came with Clinique Happy; he now serves as Senior Perfumer and Vice President of Fragrance Creation at Givaudan. His work for Tom Ford, Dolce & Gabbana, Carolina Herrera, and Estée Lauder has earned him numerous FiFi Awards and induction into the Fragrance Foundation Hall of Fame.
