The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2026, Spartacus by Armaf is an Oriental Vanilla fragrance that embodies the brand's contemporary style and accessibility. The composition opens with bright citrus notes from orange blossom and bergamot, which cut through the sweetness of plum and candied almond. The heart introduces a warm spicy bouquet with cardamom, cinnamon, and davana, while elemi adds a subtle herbal layer. The base is richly textured by vanilla, amber, labdanum, guaiac wood, patchouli, praline, tonka bean, and benzoin, creating an enveloping warmth that lingers on the skin.
One or two sprays are sufficient to capture the full warmth and richness of Spartacus. The fragrance's base notes take about an hour to fully bloom, so apply early for maximum impact. It pairs well with cooler weather but can also be worn in milder climates where its warmth provides a comforting contrast.
