Launched in 2014 by Chanel and crafted by Jacques Polge, Bleu de Chanel Eau de Parfum is a Woody Aromatic fragrance that helped define the 'clean aquatic-woody' template for designer masculine fragrances in the 2010s. It opens with a bright citrus-aromatic accord — grapefruit, lemon, mint, and bergamot — before transitioning into a heart of pink pepper, aldehydes, coriander, ginger, nutmeg, jasmine, and melon. The base notes feature incense, amber, cedar, sandalwood, amberwood, patchouli, and labdanum, creating a warm, smoky drydown that is both modern and lasting.
Bleu de Chanel Eau de Parfum has become one of the most commercially successful modern Chanel men's fragrances. Its ambroxan-driven woody-amber base is a signature element that has earned it a place alongside other major Chanel lines, with frequent flankers and reformulations to keep it relevant.

Application Tips
Apply one or two sprays — the citrus top notes are bright and immediate, but they quickly give way to a warm, woody base that builds on skin over time. Best for daytime wear, as it reads fresh and energizing without becoming overpowering.
