The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2011, Le Jardin Eden by Cacharel is a Floral Fruity fragrance that captures the essence of a lush garden. The composition opens with bright citrus notes from lemon and bergamot, which blend seamlessly into the freshness of water lily and lotus. As it evolves, rich floral accords like tuberose, jasmine, and rose emerge, creating a bouquet that is both sweet and delicate. The base notes of patchouli, cedar, sandalwood, and tonka bean provide warmth and depth, grounding the fragrance in earthy comfort.
One or two sprays on the wrists and neck are sufficient. The citrus opening is bright but fades within an hour, so it’s best to reapply if you want that initial freshness throughout the day. The floral heart and woody base make this fragrance more suited for daytime rather than evening wear.
