Cœur Battant by Louis Vuitton, launched in 2019 and crafted by Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, is a chypre floral fragrance that captures the essence of youthful energy and vibrancy. The composition opens with pear and cascalone, creating a fresh and fruity top note that gives way to a heart of Egyptian jasmine, narcissus, and ylang-ylang. These yellow and white florals blend seamlessly into a base of ambrette (musk mallow), moss, and patchouli, adding depth and warmth. The interplay between the bright fruitiness and the lush floral notes creates an engaging contrast that makes Cœur Battant feel both modern and lasting.
