Olivier Gillotin, born in Brittany, France, had his passion for perfumery ignited by a cousin working as a perfumer at Chanel. After studying biology in Paris, he trained at the Givaudan Perfumery School and spent over twenty years with Givaudan, rising to Vice President of Fragrance USA. His creations include Ralph Lauren's Polo Red, Dior's Higher, and Tom Ford Noir and Private Blend Tobacco Vanille; he is now Master Perfumer at Moellhausen.
