The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2024, Tonka Hysteria by D'ORSAY is a creation by perfumer Jordi Fernández that encapsulates the brand's aristocratic heritage and commitment to quality. The fragrance opens with a vibrant blend of olibanum and cinnamon, infusing a warm spiciness into the air. This sharp beginning gives way to a heart of orris and lily of the valley, adding an unexpected floral softness. As it settles, Tonka Hysteria reveals its rich base notes of tonka bean, vanilla, and benzoin, creating a luxurious and enveloping warmth.
Apply lightly to pulse points — the cinnamon and pink pepper top notes are quite assertive. This fragrance blooms best close to skin rather than projecting across a room, so allow it to develop naturally over time.
