Francis Kurkdjian crafted Essence No. 9 Tuberose by Elie Saab in 2016, bringing together the opulent elegance of tuberose with warm spices and musky undertones. The fragrance opens with a bright citrus note that contrasts sharply with the richness of the white florals, creating a dynamic tension throughout its evolution. As it settles into a base of cinnamon and animalic accords, Essence No. 9 Tuberose becomes a complex blend of warmth and sophistication.
Given its strong sillage and long-lasting nature, one or two sprays are sufficient. The tuberose opens up quickly but the cinnamon and musky base notes take time to bloom, so wear it close to skin for a more intimate experience.
