Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Bertrand Duchaufour crafted Nuit de Tubereuse for L'Artisan Parfumeur, launching it in 2010 as an ode to the tuberose flower. This composition opens with pink pepper and cloves, adding a warm spice that cuts through the sweetness of mandarin orange and mango. The heart is dominated by tuberose, ylang-ylang, and rose, creating a lush white floral bouquet that reads as both rich and delicate. Precious woods and resins ground the scent, while musk adds an enveloping warmth to the base.
This parfum concentration is potent, so one or two sprays are sufficient. The rich base notes take about an hour to fully bloom, making it best suited for evening wear when you want a scent that evolves throughout the night.
