The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1979, L'Eau du Navigateur by L'Artisan Parfumeur is a Woody Spicy fragrance for women and men, crafted by Jean-Claude Ellena and Jean-Francois Laporte. The composition opens with the warmth of spices and balsamic notes, leading into a heart of woody and smoky accords, followed by a rich base of tobacco, coffee, and rum that creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a distant voyage. This fragrance is neither traditional nor conventional; it's a journey through olfactory memories tied to travel and exploration.
Apply this fragrance to pulse points for maximum warmth. The rich base notes take about an hour to fully bloom, so allow time for it to settle before venturing out.
