Girl of Now by Elie Saab, launched in 2017 and created by Dominique Ropion and Sophie Labbé, is an Oriental Floral fragrance that balances sweet and nutty notes with fruity and woody accords. The composition opens with the fresh zest of mandarin orange and pear, blending into a heart of almond milk and white florals like magnolia and orange blossom. This creates a warm, enveloping aroma that some wearers describe as a 'compliment getter,' though it has also been criticized for its excessively sweet drydown, likened to burnt sugar almond cookies.
