Launched in 2009 by Xerjoff and crafted by perfumer Jacques Flori, Esquel is an Oriental Floral fragrance for women that balances freshness with warmth. The composition opens with a vibrant citrus-aromatic blend of lemon, bergamot, and petitgrain, which cuts through the sweetness of rose and ylang-ylang. As it develops, lavender and pink pepper add a fresh spicy edge to the heart, before settling into a rich base of vanilla, opoponax, tonka bean, and musk that reads as comforting and enveloping.
