Launched in 2023 by Vilhelm Parfumerie, Faces of Francis is a creation by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour that marries the warm and spicy with an earthy sensibility. The composition opens with saffron and aldehydes, bringing a metallic freshness to the top notes. This gives way to driftwood and juniper, creating a woody and aromatic heart. At its core, Faces of Francis is anchored by oud, styrax, ambergris, vetiver, and cypriol oil, blending into an earthy and warm spicy base that reads as both complex and grounded.
