Launched in 2017 by Floraïku, One Umbrella for Two is a composition that embodies the brand’s Japanese-inspired ethos. Perfumer Alienor Massenet has crafted a scent that balances freshness and warmth through its interplay of black currant, cyclamen, tea, rice, cedar, and white musk. The opening notes of black currant and cyclamen create an immediate sense of vibrancy and sweetness, which is then complemented by the green, savory quality of tea and rice. As these top notes settle into a woody base of cedar and white musk, One Umbrella for Two transforms into a comforting embrace.
This fragrance blooms best when applied in layers. Start with one spray, let it sit for 15 minutes, then add another if you want to amplify its warmth. The black currant note fades quickly but leaves a lasting freshness, so reapply as needed throughout the day.
