The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2021 by the Swiss house Gisada, Rose is a composition that balances an effusive floral opening with a warm and enveloping base. The fragrance opens with bright citrus notes of lime and lemon, which cut through the sweetness of rose, creating a tension that adds depth to the scent. As it evolves, patchouli and jasmine introduce a soft floral heart, while agarwood (oud) and cedar add an earthy warmth. Musk and vanilla round out the base, grounding the composition in a powdery, musky embrace.
Apply one or two sprays — the citrus notes are bright but short-lived, giving way quickly to the deeper rose and woodsy base. This fragrance reads best close to skin rather than filling a room, so aim for pulse points where warmth can enhance its depth.
