The Story

Hot Couture Collection No.1 by Givenchy was launched in 2000 and crafted by perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud. This fragrance is a vivid blend of fruity, woody, and sweet accords that create an intriguing contrast between freshness and warmth. The opening notes of raspberry and citrus zest give way to the spiciness of pepper and the floral softness of magnolia. As it develops, vetiver and sandalwood provide a grounding earthiness, while amber and musk add a touch of sensuality. This composition embodies Givenchy's signature blend of French elegance and American glamour.

Application Tips

Apply two sprays initially for maximum impact. The citrus and spicy notes are bright but dissipate within an hour, so reapply if you want to maintain that initial freshness. The woody base carries it well into the evening, making this a versatile choice throughout the day.
