Launched in 2006, Pure Purple by Hugo Boss is a Floral Fruity fragrance crafted by perfumers Béatrice Piquet and Alain Astori. The composition opens with the sweetness of nectarine and white cyclamen before transitioning into a heart of black violet and marzipan that adds a nutty warmth. It settles into a base of amber and leather, creating an intriguing blend of freshness and depth. Pure Purple was designed to capture the essence of modern elegance, blending sweet and fruity top notes with rich, warm undertones.
One to two sprays is sufficient as the fragrance blooms quickly on skin. The marzipan note will stand out initially, but give it time for the amber and leather base to emerge. This scent works best during cooler weather when its warmth is more noticeable.
