Luna Rossa Ocean by Prada was launched in 2021 and created by perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaïm. This fragrance is often described as Prada's answer to Dior Sauvage, offering a softer, more polished alternative within the aquatic-spicy men’s fragrance category. Despite its 'Ocean' name, Luna Rossa Ocean doesn't read as particularly aquatic; instead, it leans into a blend of aromatic and musky notes that are both pleasant and polished. The composition opens with bergamot and pink pepper, leading to lavender and iris in the heart, before settling into a base of suede, caramel, and haitian vetiver.
