The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2021, Air Tiger by Marc Gebauer is a woody scent created by perfumer Chris Maurice that blends warmth and depth with unexpected aromatic notes. The fragrance opens with the freshness of lemon and cardamom, providing an initial burst of energy before transitioning to a heart of juniper and patchouli. This creates a dynamic tension between the clean, crisp top notes and the rich, warm base of leather, cedar, orris root, labdanum, benzoin, and amber. The result is a composition that feels both grounding and enlivening, perfect for those who appreciate complexity in their fragrances.
Air Tiger has a long-lasting base, so start with one or two sprays and let it develop naturally over time. The aromatic top notes are fleeting, so if you prefer a more immediate impact, layer them by reapplying after an hour. This fragrance reads best close to the skin rather than filling a room.
