Mandala Oud by Masque Milano was launched in 2023, crafted by the renowned perfumer Christian Carbonnel. This Oriental Woody fragrance is an intricate blend of rich and warm spices, woody notes, and deep animalic undertones, anchored by a heart of Laotian and Cambodian oud. The composition opens with aldehydes and cardamom, providing a fresh spicy contrast before settling into the depth of sandalwood, myrrh, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. These elements create a complex interplay that evokes both warmth and mystery.
Apply Mandala Oud lightly to pulse points — it blooms slowly over time. The spicy top notes are fleeting but essential for introducing the rich base. Best worn in cooler weather when its depth can fully unfold.
