Launched in 2026, Misbah by Boadicea the Victorious is a warm and spicy oriental woody fragrance created by Julie Lerendu. The composition opens with rum and pimento, creating an immediate sense of depth and warmth that is enhanced by black pepper and rhubarb. As it settles, cinnamon and saffron add a rich, powdery layer, while orris and galbanum provide subtle floral undertones. The base notes of bourbon vanilla, sandalwood, patchouli, cashmeran, cedarwood, vetiver, and cypress create a lasting warmth that is both comforting and complex.

Given its strong sillage and long-lasting nature, Misbah is best applied sparingly at first. Allow it to build on your skin over time rather than overwhelming with too much initially. It pairs particularly well for evening wear or cooler evenings when you want a scent that lingers.

Julie Lerendu entered the perfume industry in 2004 through meeting perfumer Nathalie Lorson, then joined ISIPCA in 2014 with an internship at Firmenich, later gaining experience at L'Oréal and Mane in Paris and New York. In 2017 she won third prize and the artistic prize at the CORPO 35 competition, and in 2020 Michel Almairac opened the door to Robertet's perfumery school, where she trained under Emilie Bouge. She joined Robertet's Grasse creative team in 2022, moving to the UK creative centre that same year, and created Harrods Gold, an exclusive edition for Harrods.
