Mitsouko Extract, launched in 1919 by Jacques Guerlain for Guerlain, is a chypre fruity fragrance that combines mossy and earthy accords with warm spices and citrus. The composition opens with bergamot and citruses, which give way to a heart of jasmine, rose, peach, lilac, and ylang-ylang. At its base, oakmoss, cinnamon, vetiver, and amber create a rich blend that is both warm and comforting. This fragrance embodies the luxurious and rare materials that Guerlain has always been known for, blending natural and synthetic components to create an enduring scent.
