Launched in 2017 by Moresque and crafted by perfumer Andrea (Thero) Casotti, Sandal Granada is a sophisticated Oriental Woody fragrance that balances the crisp freshness of Calabrian bergamot with the warmth of honey, leather, and incense. The composition opens with a bright citrus note, which gives way to an intricate blend of sandalwood and rose in the heart, creating a harmonious contrast between lightness and depth. The base notes of honey, incense, and vanilla evoke a sense of grounding tranquility, while the smoky and powdery accords add layers of complexity.
One spray to each wrist and neck is sufficient — the citric top note fades within an hour but allows the rich base notes of honey and incense to emerge. This fragrance reads best in cooler settings where its warmth can envelop you without overpowering the room.
