Angel Sunessence Ocean d'Argent by Mugler, launched in 2011 and crafted by Aurélien Guichard, is a fragrance that encapsulates the grandeur of an azure sea under a hot summer sun. The composition opens with fresh kumquat citrus, giving way to marine notes that evoke the salty freshness of sea water. At its heart, floral accents blend seamlessly into a warm base of patchouli and vanilla, creating a gourmand aroma reminiscent of Mugler's famous original Angel perfume.
This fragrance is best applied with a light hand; the kumquat top note fades quickly, but the marine and floral heart notes linger pleasantly. The patchouli and vanilla base develops gradually over time, so it's ideal for daytime wear when you want a subtle yet warm presence.
