Launched in 2016 and crafted by perfumer Mathilde Bijaoui, Myrrh & Tonka is one of Jo Malone London's most complimented fragrances. The composition opens with a crisp lavender note that leads into the rich warmth of myrrh and tonka bean, grounded by vanilla and almond. This scent has become so beloved within Jo Malone’s range that it has inspired budget dupes, including Zara's Starlight Vanilla. However, some longtime fans argue that older formulations were superior, hinting at a subtle shift in its character over time.
