Launched in 2020 and crafted by Cécile Zarokian, Nanshe by Nishane is a complex Oriental Floral fragrance that blends powdery and woody accords with warm spices and musk. The composition opens with the bright zest of yuzu and bergamot, which quickly gives way to floral notes like rose and jasmine sambac, creating an intricate heart that feels both fresh and comforting. Orris and sandalwood provide a grounding base, while musk adds a touch of warmth and sensuality.

Application Tips
Nanshe’s base notes take time to bloom, so give it at least an hour before the full depth of orris and sandalwood comes through. Apply lightly — the initial citrus top notes are bright and can be overpowering if overapplied.
