Launched in 2008, Duro by Nasomatto is a Woody Chypre fragrance that marries warm spicy and smoky notes with leather and animalic undertones. Created by perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri, this composition offers an intense and rugged character that evokes the essence of a well-worn hide and the smoldering embers of a distant fire. The blend is neither overbearing nor subtle but rather sits in a sweet spot where it commands attention without being overpowering.
Given its rich and deep profile, one or two sprays are sufficient to capture its essence. The smoky and animalic notes develop gradually, so it's best applied before heading out for a night that requires confidence and warmth.
