Launched in 2008 by Nasomatto, Hindu Grass is a green aromatic fragrance for both men and women. Perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri crafted this scent around a tension between freshness and warmth. The composition opens with a vibrant burst of green notes that feel like the first rain on dry earth, immediately followed by the rich, earthy depth of patchouli and woody accords. This is further enriched by warm spices and tobacco, creating an intriguing contrast that keeps the scent evolving throughout the day.
Apply one to two sprays on pulse points for a balanced experience. The green top notes are immediate but fleeting, so it’s best to layer with the woody base that continues to evolve throughout the day.
